1. Introduction
Welcome to Atlas Compwear. These Terms of Service govern purchases made through www.atlascompwear.com and orders placed directly with Atlas Compwear for printed clothing, embroidered garments, merchandise and associated products or services.
By placing an order, you agree to these terms, subject to your statutory consumer rights.
Please read these terms carefully before purchasing.

3. Products and Services
Atlas Compwear supplies products and services including:
Custom printed clothing and merchandise.
Embroidered clothing and accessories.
Personalised garments and teamwear.
Competition clothing for athletes and sporting organisations.
Branded workwear and promotional clothing.
Standard merchandise sold through our online shop.
Official merchandise produced in partnership with organisations, events and charitable causes.
Products may be manufactured, decorated or finished to order.
4. Product Information
We aim to provide accurate descriptions, photographs, sizes, colours and specifications.
However, minor variations may occur because of garment manufacturing tolerances, screen settings, fabric characteristics and printing or embroidery processes.
Such variations do not affect your statutory rights where goods are faulty, misdescribed or not of satisfactory quality.
5. Pricing
All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP).
Atlas Compwear is not currently VAT registered. VAT is therefore not added to our prices.
Delivery charges, where applicable, are displayed before checkout.
We reserve the right to amend prices for future orders. Price changes will not affect an order already accepted unless both parties agree otherwise.
6. Placing an Order
Customers may place orders through our website or by communicating directly with Atlas Compwear.
Online orders are subject to availability and payment authorisation.
After placing an online order, customers will normally receive an automated confirmation email.
For bespoke orders, a quotation, artwork approval or written confirmation may be required before production begins.
We reserve the right to decline orders where there is a legitimate reason, including suspected fraud, unavailable materials, unlawful artwork or an obvious pricing error. Any payment received for an order we cannot fulfil will be refunded.
7. Custom and Personalised Orders
Custom and personalised products are produced according to specifications agreed with the customer.
Customers are responsible for checking names, spelling, sizes, quantities, colours, design placement and other details before giving final approval.
Once production has begun, requested amendments may incur additional charges or may not be possible.
This does not affect statutory rights relating to faulty, misdescribed or incorrectly supplied products.
8. Artwork and Design Approval
Where a design proof is provided, customers must carefully review it before approving production.
Approval confirms acceptance of the design, including spelling, positioning, proportions and other details shown.
If Atlas Compwear produces an item differently from the approved design, we will assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy where legally required.
Artwork proofs are digital representations and may not reproduce exact fabric colours or print finishes.
9. Customer-Supplied Artwork
Customers providing logos, illustrations, photographs, text or other design materials confirm that they have the necessary rights and permissions for their intended use.
Customers must not supply material that infringes third-party intellectual property rights or applicable laws.
Atlas Compwear may decline to reproduce artwork where its use appears unlawful or unauthorised.
10. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Atlas Compwear retains ownership of original artwork, designs and creative materials developed by the business.
Payment for a printed or embroidered product does not automatically transfer copyright or intellectual property ownership.
Customer-owned logos and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.
Any transfer or licensing of design rights must be agreed separately in writing.
11. Garment Sizes and Fit
Customers should consult available sizing information before placing an order.
Garment measurements and fits may vary between manufacturers, styles and production batches.
Where necessary, customers should request clarification before ordering.
For personalised goods, the customer's chosen size forms part of the agreed specification, subject to their statutory rights.
12. Printing and Embroidery Variations
Printing and embroidery processes may result in minor variations in thread colour, print placement, dimensions or finish.
Different fabrics and garment colours can also affect the finished appearance.
We aim to maintain professional production standards and consistent quality.
Any variations must remain consistent with the agreed product description and applicable consumer rights.
13. Payment
Full payment is generally required at checkout for online purchases.
For bespoke or business orders, different payment arrangements may be agreed in writing.
Online payments are processed through the payment methods available at checkout.
Atlas Compwear does not require customers to supply complete payment-card details directly by email.
Orders may be delayed until the required payment or deposit has been received.
14. Production Times
Many Atlas Compwear products are printed or embroidered to order.
Estimated production times may vary according to order size, garment availability, artwork complexity and workload.
Any stated production or dispatch timeframe is an estimate unless a specific delivery deadline has been expressly agreed.
We will contact customers if a significant delay arises.
Where no delivery date has been agreed, applicable statutory delivery requirements will apply.
15. Delivery and Shipping
Atlas Compwear currently offers UK delivery through the shipping options displayed at checkout.
For standard online orders, the configured UK tracked delivery charge is £3.95 per order, unless a different charge is clearly stated.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address.
Atlas Compwear will take reasonable care in arranging delivery and will remain responsible for goods until they come into the customer's physical possession, or that of a person nominated by the customer, as required by law.
If an order is lost or damaged in transit, customers should contact us so that we can investigate and provide an appropriate remedy.
16. Collection and Event Orders
Where collection or delivery at a sporting event, competition or agreed location has been arranged, the relevant arrangements will be confirmed with the customer.
Event organisers and business customers should communicate required delivery deadlines before production begins.
We will use reasonable care to meet agreed deadlines and notify customers of material changes.
Specific contractual arrangements for business or event orders may be confirmed separately in writing.
17. Consumer Cancellation Rights
For most non-personalised goods purchased online by consumers, customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason.
Customers must notify Atlas Compwear of their decision to cancel within the applicable cancellation period.
After notifying us, customers generally have a further 14 days to return the goods.
Certain goods made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised may be exempt from the statutory change-of-mind cancellation right.
Simply printing a standard catalogue design after receiving an order does not, by itself, make the product personalised.
Nothing in these terms removes or limits statutory consumer cancellation rights.
18. Custom Product Cancellations
Where goods are genuinely bespoke or clearly personalised, the statutory 14-day change-of-mind cancellation right may not apply.
Customers wishing to cancel a bespoke order should contact Atlas Compwear as soon as possible.
We will consider whether production has started and whether any costs have already been reasonably incurred.
Any agreed cancellation charge or deduction will be subject to applicable law and must be fair and proportionate.
Customers retain their statutory remedies where customised goods are faulty, misdescribed or otherwise fail to conform to the contract.
19. Returns and Refunds
Our Returns & Refunds Policy provides further information about cancellations, returns and refunds.
For eligible change-of-mind cancellations, refunds will include the original standard delivery charge where required by law.
Customers may be responsible for the direct cost of return postage for change-of-mind returns, provided this has been clearly disclosed before purchase.
Refunds will be issued within the applicable legal timeframe and usually through the original payment method.
We will not impose unlawful fees or deductions.
20. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products
Atlas Compwear aims to supply goods that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described.
Customers should contact team@atlascompwear.com if they receive goods that are faulty, damaged, incorrect or materially different from their order.
We may request photographs or other reasonable information to investigate.
Where required by the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other applicable legislation, we will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include repair, replacement, a price reduction or refund.
These rights apply to both standard and personalised products.
21. Lift for Life Community Organisation Merchandise
Atlas Compwear produces and sells official merchandise in support of Lift for Life and its suicide prevention awareness activities.
Under the agreed fundraising arrangement, £10 from each qualifying £20 Lift for Life T-shirt sale is contributed to Lift for Life.
Atlas Compwear acts as the seller of the merchandise, receives customer payments, arranges production and delivery, and makes the agreed contributions to Lift for Life separately.
The remaining amount of the product price is retained by Atlas Compwear towards merchandise production, fulfilment and business costs.
The £10 contribution applies to qualifying completed sales and is subject to the terms of the signed agreement between Atlas Compwear and Lift for Life, including the treatment of cancelled or refunded orders.
Delivery charges are separate and do not form part of the stated £10 contribution.
Purchasing merchandise is a commercial transaction with Atlas Compwear rather than a direct charitable donation by the customer.
Where applicable, the charity's registered identity, registration number and required commercial-participator fundraising statement will be provided in connection with the promotion.
22. Promotions and Special Offers
Any discounts, promotional offers or special merchandise campaigns will be subject to their published conditions.
Offers may be time-limited or restricted to specific products.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, discounts cannot be combined.
Any charitable contribution attached to a promotional product will be explained clearly and must remain consistent with the relevant charity agreement.
23. Business-to-Business Orders
Orders placed by businesses, clubs, event organisers or other organisations for business purposes may be subject to separately agreed commercial terms.
Consumer cancellation rights do not generally apply to purchases made wholly for business purposes.
Quotes, approved artwork, agreed quantities, payment schedules and delivery arrangements may form part of the business contract.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
24. Limitation of Liability
Atlas Compwear does not exclude or restrict liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded.
For consumer purchases, nothing in these terms restricts mandatory statutory rights.
Atlas Compwear is responsible for losses arising from a breach of contract or failure to use reasonable care and skill where those losses are a foreseeable consequence.
For business purchases, any applicable limitation of liability will be subject to reasonableness and the terms agreed between the parties.
25. Privacy, Website Use and Changes to These Terms
Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation.
Customers must not misuse our website, attempt unauthorised access or interfere with its operation.
We may revise these Terms of Service to reflect changes in our business, products or applicable law.
Updated terms will be published on our website.
Changes will not retrospectively alter an existing contract without an appropriate legal basis or the agreement of the parties.
26. Governing Law and Contact
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory rights and protections that apply to customers living elsewhere in the United Kingdom.
Nothing in this clause removes a consumer's right to bring proceedings in a court available to them under applicable law.
